By accessing or using any of the services provided, including but not limited to leadership training, advisory & consulting, and motivational speaking, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Lucas Bode offers the following services:

Motivationsvorträge: Speaking engagements aimed at encouraging leadership excellence and personal growth.
These services may be offered in various formats, including in-person, online, or through personalized coaching sessions.
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services.
Clients are responsible for any actions that they take based on the training, advice, or speaking engagement provided by Lucas Bode.
The client agrees to attend scheduled sessions and meetings as agreed upon and to provide any required feedback or follow-up information.
All fees for services are agreed upon before the commencement of the engagement.
Payments for services are due in advance, or as agreed between the client and Lucas Bode.
Fees for consulting, speaking engagements, or training programs may vary depending on the scope and length of services. Specific fees will be outlined in the service agreement.
Training & Consulting: Should the client need to cancel a scheduled session, they must notify Lucas Bode at least 24 hours in advance. If proper notice is not given, the client may be charged a cancellation fee.
Motivationsvorträge: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If the event is canceled within this period, the client will be responsible for paying 50% of the agreed fee.
Refunds: No refunds are provided once services have been rendered. However, under certain circumstances (such as failure to deliver services as agreed), refunds may be considered.
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided during the training, speaking, or consulting sessions are the sole property of Lucas Bode. Clients are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or share the content without prior written consent.
Both Lucas Bode and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This includes business practices, strategies, or personal information shared during coaching, consulting, or speaking sessions.
Lucas Bode is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the services, including any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Clients agree to hold Lucas Bode harmless for any loss or damage arising from their use of the services.
Lucas Bode reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the client fails to meet their responsibilities, or if it is determined that the client’s conduct is detrimental to the service provided. Upon termination, any unpaid fees will be immediately due and payable.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lucas Bode resides. Any disputes arising from the use of these services shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Lucas Bode reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and the updated version will be posted on the website.
